At Lakeside CrossFit, we are small and scrappy.  We focus on form and make sure that your experience is fun and non-intimidating. We are here to foster a community of members that supports and pushes each other. Our programming is focused and has purpose.  Each workout is designed to help you achieve optimal fitness.  Will it suck sometimes? Yes! We will encourage you to test your boundaries and push through the suck.

New Ramp-Up / CrossFit 101 Classes Starting

Curious to know what we are all about? New On Ramp classes are designed to test your physical fitness and teach you the fundamental movements to do CrossFit efficiently and more importantly, safely. Please contact ahead of time if you plan on attending the morning session as this is more of an 'on demand' class.

Class runs for 4 weeks on either Tues/Thur/Sat or Mon/Wed/Sat for 1 hour each class. If you are interested in joining us for class, please email us at to register.

What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide. But here at Lakeside CrossFit, our program delivers a fitness that is, by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Our specialty, is not specializing.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
