For the month of May we tried out our strength squat cycle program with long workouts mixed in. This was a brutal month on the body, but in the end we saw an overwhelming number of PR's. For the month of June, we are going to give the body a break (somewhat) on the strength portion, but work more on mobility and pushing hard on our daily WOD's! Hope you enjoy!
4 Rounds (1 round every 5 minutes)
Max Burpee Pullups (open), Burpee C2B Pullups (Regionals), Burpee Muscle Ups (Games) in remaining time
Every 5 minutes you will start with a new round (aka 400m run). Score is max pullups/muscle ups in the 4 rounds.
