Nothing like working on your weaknesses to become better at your overall fitness! Today we will get some time to practice our pull-ups and Muscle ups. Check out the video below which goes into depth on the muscle up movement:

On another note, There is going to be a Shamrock Run on March 15th, 2014 that starts @ 9:00am. We encourage all of you to participate and sign up to complete this run with the Lakeside Crew! There will be no class this day as our workout will be the 5k Run! If you are interested, please follow the link below and sign up.
