How is the Whole Life Challenge going for everyone? You're all posting awesome numbers so keep it up. This week is going to be easy - next week will be challenging so be prepared. That second week is notorious for making you miss all those old foods. Your body will have burned off all those not-so-paleo meals you ate in the past and will have to adjust to running off a higher level of protein and fats for energy. This conversion usually takes about two weeks to be complete - so hang in there!

Also, if you're looking for answers to any questions you may have, there is a "support" button near your name at the top of the WLC website that has great food lists for your level, eating ideas...etc. Check it out!
