Awesome job to all of those who came in for Monday's Snatch 1-RM and Snatch/Jump over/wall ball workout! Today we will get to superset a couple of movements for our strength portion, then get into a 3 round workout of rowing, deadlifts and box jumps. We may have to have 2 heats per class depending on the amount of people working out.
