I hope we all got to see our Seattle Seahawks pull of that victory yesterday, what a great game! Just thought I would give a shout out for our city. Now onto our week of hard work...Today we will get to work through a tough 10 Min AMRAP after establishing a 1-RM hang snatch. Ashley has been doing some traveling and got to do this WOD while down in California. She said it was tough and deceiving, as you think you can move pretty fast through the workout, but the heavy weight and grueling leg movements take a toll on your body. Lets see how all of us do on this tough workout!
