Who's ready for some snatch, snatch, and more snatch? Today we will have a tough WOD of all snatches, ascending in weight, and pushing our bodies more and more as the workout builds up. We want this to be a challenging WOD, but not to the point that we are standing around our bar for 5 minutes.
