October already? I guess we are seeing the weather change right in front of our eyes. Doesn't mean we can't get more fit every day! Today's chipper is a tough couplet of cleans and wall balls. Some main things to focus on through this workout is keeping our good form so that we properly train our muscles. This will also be a mental push as reps are ascending throughout the workout.
