Great showing for our Labor Day 10:00am class yesterday. Awesome job pushing through the 25 min AMRAP. Today we will work on some pistol (one legged squats) practice for our strength/skill along with another E2MOM for 20 Min workout. This should not be an all out wod, but is a developmental time to focus on our form and technique through the workout.
