Benchmark Friday! Today we get to test ourselves with benchmark WOD "Helen". This WOD is one of the most famous triplets in CrossFit because it involves 3 different CrossFit movements - Running (Cardio), KB Swings (Weights), and Pullups (Gymnastics). It is a short WOD that test the lungs and makes you realize that what may look easy on paper isn't so easy when you are in the middle of your workout.
