Today we are going to follow up that tough tabata with a Snatch strength and tough Ascending ladder. Your WOD will consist of a 20 MIN AMRAP started off with a 500m Row. Keep in mind that these snatches during the WOD will be performed at a heavy weight, and we should not be blowing through the workout with ease. Make sure to push yourself and have some fun as the workout gets tougher and tougher the more reps you complete.
