Happy Hump Day! Today we have a tough Tabata that simulates a workout close to Angie (Pullups, pushups, abmats, air squats). This Tabata will be scored a little differently as your total score will be the overall reps and not the lowest number of reps per set. This means pacing is not needed if you wish, you can get 15 reps one set, and 0 for your last, and your score is the overall reps in all sets.
