Awesome job pushing through the Monday Chipper! It is always great to see everyone push through and finish each movement to check that off the list on the chipper style workout. Today we will have a tough 10 MIN EMOM strength followed by a quick 12 MIN AMRAP! Time to grip it and rip it today on those cleans...make sure we are focusing on form and technique throughout the strength!
