Turn it up Thursday's today! The strength involves some heavy deadlift sets based off our 1 rep max deadlift. Similar to other strength workouts if you do not know your 1-rep max, you will take the time today to establish a 1-rep max and remember that for future workouts. For our WOD today we will be doing KB swings with an abdominal movement. I have added a video below which goes through efficiency for T2B which are in the Games workout for the WOD.
