Happy benchmark Friday! Today we get to go after "Isabel" which is a brutally tough snatch workout that tests your strength endurance during a shorter WOD.
These Friday benchmark WODs are a great way to test our fitness. Those who completed "Isabel" a couple of months ago can refer back to their times & weights used to see if their level of fitness has increased. We love to see PR's on these benchmark days because it shows we are getting more fit!
