Today's strength is going to be a long tough lift of front squats hitting 9 total sets throughout the strength (5/4/3, 5/4/3, 5/4/3). We are going to follow that with our WOD of a 10 min AMRAP of burpees over the bar and overhead squats. Burpees are the best!!!
