Today we will get another tough WOD similar to Monday's workout. We will build up to a 1-RM clean and jerk, then use that clean and jerk to complete our workout. This will be a tough 10 round WOD. Keep in mind that it doesn't matter how fast you start the workout, but how fast and efficient you can finish the workout keeping good form and movement.
Couple of notes with the gym:
- Please park on the Lakeside CrossFit side of the parking lot. If there are no spots available along our wall, you will have to park in the big parking lot behind the hill (where we run). If you have any questions, please ask the coach.
- T-shirts and Tanks are on their way. We should have them by next Wednesday 9/18. For those who did not get their order in, we should have extra available to purchase for $25.
