First off, awesome job on all of the back squat PR's from Wednesday! It is so great to see improvements for our members, and some of our new members setting some PR's which they will break in the future. Today we have a strict press strength, once again we will try to work up to a 1 RM. Our WOD will be a 20 MIN E2MOM (every 2 minutes on the minute) of 3 movements, followed by a period of rest for the remaining time.
