Happy Hump Day!
Time to find out our 1 RM back squat today. Make sure you are warming up properly and taking appropriate rests in between each set to achieve our new PR. Then we will go into a tough couplet of some box jumps and abs (v-ups/T2B). Like I said earlier in the week, we will be trying to set those 1 RM on a couple of lifts. Make sure to keep note of these new 1 RM as we will be basing future workouts off of these numbers. Good luck and lets fill that board with some more PR's!
