It's only 20 minutes, how hard can it be? That's right, today is going to be a 20 min AMRAP of a run, overhead squats, and wall balls. This will be a great endurance test to see if we can keep our starting pace for all 20 minutes. Our strength will be a 6 min EMOM (every minute on the minute) of 2 deadlifts at 85% of our 1 Rep Max. If you have never tested your 1 rep max deadlift, make sure to use a weight, but something that you can handle for a total of 12 reps in 6 minutes.
