Happy Friday! With every Friday brings a tough benchmark workout, and today we get a chance to revisit "Elizabeth" which was originally Lance's member of the month workout. This is a tough couplet of Cleans and Ring dips.  

*Congratulations to Brandon Raciborski and his wife Savanna Raciborski who gave birth to their new daughter Blaire Lauren Raciborski, 7lbs 14oz, 18.75 inches. Born at 12:03pm on 8/29! The LCF community welcomes a new member to the community!*

I am going to proactively add more articles and videos to the blog to help with any questions, concerns, or just to show some CrossFit craziness. Today I have included an article which shows 10 ways to recover after a workout. Please check out the article below: 

 

A couple of quick pointers I personally use after workouts are listed below: 

  • Take Protein & Drink Water
  • Stay moving, don't let your muscles tighten up
  • Eat something about 1 hour after to replenish your body
  • Get a good nights sleep to let your body recover
