Happy Friday! With every Friday brings a tough benchmark workout, and today we get a chance to revisit "Elizabeth" which was originally Lance's member of the month workout. This is a tough couplet of Cleans and Ring dips.

A couple of quick pointers I personally use after workouts are listed below:
- Take Protein & Drink Water
- Stay moving, don't let your muscles tighten up
- Eat something about 1 hour after to replenish your body
- Get a good nights sleep to let your body recover
