Hump day brings us a fresh new Tabata of some KB movements, row, and some good ole mountain climbers. For those of you who have not completed a tabata workout, you will be completing 8 consecutive rounds of each movement with 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest. Your combined score will be the minimum reps completed per each round of the movement. We do also have a 400m run test, make sure you try to beat your old times or set a new PR 400m run. Time to pace and push through this tough tabata workout.
