Today we are going to start the week off with another girl CrossFit WOD "Angie". The Rx version of "Angie" consists of 100 pullups, 100 pushups, 100 abmats, and 100 air squats. We are going to modify Open and Regionals to complete this tough workout. Perfect timing for our new gymnastics mats, make sure to use those during your abmats!
