Today's WOD will be dedicated to our August Member of the Month Brandon Raciborski! Brandon is an early morning guy who comes in 6 days a week, usually trying to attempt the heavy weights and games workouts. He was coined with the phrase going "Brando" by one of our member's Lance. This WOD that we have created "Brando" will be Brandon's Member of the month workout. Although not noted below, this will be a 15-12-9 formatted workout.
