Let's take it down a notch after that tough Monday workout. Today we get to find out our 1 rep max snatch and then get a nice chipper to finish off the day. For those who have already worked up to a 1 rep max snatch, today will be a great opportunity to set a new PR. Keep in mind that we are starting to see classes fill up and get close to the cap that we have placed on each class, make sure to sign up for each class you attend.
