Awesome job on those double unders yesterday, it is great to see people improving from single unders to double unders. Keep up the good work! Today we have a tough 20 min AMRAP, similar to "Cindy", this is a 20 min AMRAP with a 5/10/15 rep scheme. Lets push hard and set a good number for this benchmark workout.
