Hey Members,  

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Today we get a nice triplet of running, snatches, and pistols. Pistols are a great movement for single leg isolation on the squats. I love to see great depth along with a controlled hip crease below knee. I have added a video of some pistol variations with possible scaling options:
