Let's beat the heat! I know it has been hot and tough to workout through the heat, but you are all doing awesome and we have been seeing some great workouts because of your effort. Today we have a tough front squat strength again partnered with a tabata of 4 different movements. Tabata means 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds with a 1 min break between rounds.
