Today represents the last week of our benchmark WOD's. We have spent the past few months setting our times/scores on these benchmark WOD's and after this week, we will get to see how we compare vs. when we first tried the workouts.
This benchmark WOD is similar to the CrossFit total in that it is all strength, but we will be testing our OLY total (Max snatch, max clean and jerk)
