So great to see a full board of names. This is the most members in a day that we have had... pretty exciting!!! Now that we are starting to see classes fill up, make sure we are all signing up for our classes so we don't have to do burpees. Today is going to be a nice little test to your leg endurance through the 3 sets of 10 reps on back squat at 70%. The WOD is going to be a tough 15 min AMRAP of an ascending ladder building by 1 rep each round.
