You'll be seeing some big changes in the gym happening in the near future! First of all, the gym is reorganized so check out the switch when you head in on Monday. Second, we're switching up the programming a little - you'll start to see us posting workouts in the method below with three specific categories, Open, Regionals and Games.
This category is for our newer CrossFitters - no more wondering how you're going to scale a workout - it's all laid out for you before you even come in. These workouts are meant to teach you the basics and help you master them as well. All while getting that classic CrossFit burn.
Our second level is designed for people who have a grasp on the basic CrossFit movements but haven't quite nailed the more advanced movements yet. This level will be reminiscent of our WODs over the past few months.
Designed for elite athletes who have not only mastered the basics with great form, but who have a firm grasp on the more advanced movements and can perform them consistently. We don't expect to have many members who can tackle the Games workouts - but it gives everyone a great goal to shoot for!
