Everyone's been working super hard this week - we're stoked to see all the progress and PR's everyone is hitting as we work through our one-rep max lifts. Remember to listen to you body - if you're feeling super sore it's okay to take a rest day. Also make sure you're hydrating properly - sometimes soreness is linked to a lack of hydration in the body so shoot for a gallon a day! Feel free to talk to your coaches about ways to help with soreness as well. We have a lot of different techniques that work for both of us. :)
