Happy Tuesday,  

Great job on the AMRAP yesterday, it was awesome to see sweat on the floor and some tired members after pushing themselves to the limit. Lets keep that momentum rolling into the rest of this week as we push to become better every day. 

One thing we can all do is try to remember every time we hit a PR, that way when we do a lift by % based on your 1 rep PR, we can all know the weights we should be using. Time to get after this WOD:
