Happy Thursday, congrats to our Wednesday classes as we had 11 members come in for a good workout. Hope those forearms are feeling good today as we have quite the burner for your WOD. Remember that rest and recovery are just as important as working out. We have seen some members take the 1 on 1 off approach, while others have gone with the 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off approach. Either way is great as long as your bodies are feeling good and performing well. Now onto the workout:
10 minutes of HSPU practice
20 reps of: 115/75
Deadlift + Hang Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
every time you drop the bar, 5 burpees. Obviously when you go from jerk to deadlift, the bar will hit the ground, but it must be a touch and go rep.
