Saturday May 4th - "May the Fourth be with you"

Happy Saturday! As our new member Phil recently reminded us, "May the Fourth be with you" in this Saturday partner WOD. This has been a great week, we have seen incredible efforts with all of our members. If you are feeling sore, make sure to stretch out and move around. Go on a walk, or just get out and enjoy this great weather!


In teams of 3, complete the following:

100 calorie row

200 hand release push ups

300 abmats

400 squats

Only one person working at a time, the two remaining partners will rest. This is a long workout, but we expect transitions between partners to be quick as you should be able to get rest between sets.
