Hope those legs are feeling okay after that tough front squat and deadlift/box jump workout. Great job everyone that came in yesterday, everybody got a PR (personal record) on their front squat. I have seen such great improvements from all of our members over the past few weeks and I appreciate the effort that is given every day.

I just wanted to make sure we are all on the same page for why we do crossfit and why we push ourselves day after day. Are you better at fitness today than you were yesterday? last week? last month? last year? If you can say yes to all of those questions, then you are getting better and making improvements. I don't want anyone getting discouraged just because they don't have the top time in the class. I have personally seen everyone improve, this is why we keep track of our PR's on lifts or our times on benchmark WOD's. I just want to reiterate that hard work pays off in the end, and you are all on your way to great results. - Nick

10 pullups, 1 wall ball (20/14)

9 pullups, 2 wall balls

8 pullups, 3 wall balls

and so on until you finish with 1 pullup and 10 wall balls.
