Don't think we forgot about that "21" workout last week, It was a good workout to test our early stamina on pushups and if we could power through the abmats at the end of the workout. Today will be a similar workout, but we are calling it "10 spot" as each round will equal 10 total reps. Have fun with this tough couplet.

Each round = 10 reps

9 toes 2 bar - 1 Clean 135/95

8 toes 2 bar - 2 cleans

7 toes 2 bar - 3 cleans
