I heard Coach Nick was a little tough on everyone with the no-repping last night. Is he turning into this guy?

In all seriousness, we're "form Nazis" because proper form is the first step to gradually increasing your strength, and load, while decreasing your time. You'll be able to move heavier loads faster if you use proper techniques to accomplish those goals. Plus you'll minimize your likelihood of injury.

Feel free to comment on the coaches form in the gym too! We're our own army of (supportive) judges and we want to make sure everyone is completing the workout to the best of their abilities. Heck - even Coach Nick has been no-repped a time or two. But don't tell him I told you.
