As we start off our Holiday we are going to dedicate Monday's to the 12 day's of Christmas. Here's how it works - you will start with a 1 rep exercise, then do the 1 rep then 2 rep, then 1 rep 2 rep 3 rep, then 1 rep 2 rep 3 rep 4 rep... etc., until you get through all 12 movements:

1 - Snatch 135/95

2 - HSPU

3 - Cleans 135/95

4 - Pullups

5 - Deadlifts 135/95

6 - Pistols

7 - Ring Dips

8 - Toes 2 Bar (v-ups modified)

9 - KB Swings (53/35)

10 - Lunges (Total) 

11 - Wall Balls

12 - Med Ball Squat Cleans
