Ever heard of "Murph"? Well if not, you will know what that means in the CrossFit community as it is one of the toughest Hero WODs that has been created. We did this workout once the gym first opened and it took everyone about an hour plus to finish the workout Rx. Now we will split that work with a partner with a new workout strategy and some rest as well! 

Keep in mind that this workout is normally performed with a 20lb vest, but luckily we don't have any on hand to add some weight : )
