Yep that is right, burpees, burpees, air squats, and more burpees!
Check out this video of my friend Nick Martindale from Cascade CrossFit as he did 147 Burpees jump to 6" above max reach in 7 Min! I believe this workout placed him 7th in the world after the first workout of the 2012 CrossFit open! Sorry for the formatting, you're gonna have to turn your head/computer sideways to watch.
