Happy belated birthday Ethan V! Everyone had fun doing some burpees this morning at the 6am class.

It's a Tabata Thursday! Tabatas are great because they're high intensity, interval training which works not only your aerobic, but also your anaerobic pathways resulting in muscle development and  cardio at the same time. Plus, they're just so much fun! C'mon in!d
