Our Body Metcon program is light but intense introduction to CrossFit movements. We recommend one month of Body Metcon classes, followed by the barbell course which will prepare you to freely participate in any of the other classes offered at Lakeside CrossFit. You will learn the basic, fundamental movements of CrossFit in a small group environment—anyone, of any fitness level are welcome!

Lakeside Body Metcon is the smoothest, most efficient way to join our Lakeside family. From all of the coaches at Lakeside CrossFit, we hope to see you soon!
