Located in the  Totem Lake/Juanita area of Kirkland, Lakseside CrossFit looks to deliver results for all of our members.  Variety may not be the spice of life, but it has been shown to be foundational to any great exercise program. Combine rowing, running and gymnastics with olympic lifting, power lifting and dynamic movement and you have a recipe for improved fitness. At Lakeside CrossFit, we believe in functional movement – meaning fitness that helps enhance your life outside the box. Movements that your body is designed to do. After all what good is your exercise routine if it doesn’t help you do the things you love?

What makes Lakeside CrossFit different?

Focus on Form – no drill sergeants here - we value form over Fran time. At LCF we believe enhanced virtuosity creates the highest caliber athletes. Our coaches work continuously with members on movement before adding the big weight.
Intentional Programming – there is a method behind the madness. No hour-long grinders ‘just because’, no 5,000 burpees for time – each workout is designed to help you achieve optimal fitness without the do-or-die attitude. Will it still be hard? Definitely.  Will you want to quit? We all do at some point. But most importantly it will be programmed to help you succeed and the benefits always outweigh the suck.
Small and Scrappy – you’re not just another nameless face bobbing at the elliptical. You’re part of our family. We invest in your progress and ask that you invest in our community.  Something happens between people who push themselves to the brink together every day – sweat appears to be an extremely strong bonding agent. We warm-up together, WOD together, stretch together, laugh together and most importantly support each other.
